Phase 01

Getting here

From first hearing about it to standing on the sand.

  1. A friend mentions it, or a link finds you. A pop‑up village that moves — a month in the mountains of Chiang Mai, then a month on the Vietnamese coast — built for people who want to think clearly again.

  2. You read the daily rhythm and check it against your real life. Two deep‑work blocks, ocean air in between, evenings that downshift so sleep and focus compound.

  4. Light logistics. Tick these off as you sort them — they save with your progress.

  5. Chiang Mai: fly straight into CNX — the village is a short ride from the airport.
Vietnam: fly to CXR (Cam Ranh / Nha Trang), then a short ride up the coast to Vĩnh Hải. Share your arrival time in the group and you’ll usually find someone to split the ride.

Phase 02

At the village

Four weeks on the ground — arrive, settle, participate, progress.

  1. First swim, first shared dinner, first proper night’s sleep. Nothing is asked of you on day one except showing up to the table.

  2. Two small rituals that make the month work: add yourself to the residents map so people know when you’re around, and say out loud what you’re here for.

  3. Phone‑free deep work alongside people doing the same. Kitesurf when the wind comes up. Dinner with everyone. Chess, techno, and the occasional argument about something that matters.

  4. Sleep settles, stress drops, and the project that was stuck starts moving. This is the part that’s hard to fake at home — and the reason the month is a month.

    Trajectory tracking

Gentle social accountability, not surveillance. You can see your own arc — and so can the handful of people living it with you.
